By accessing vendpro.co ("Site") operated by VendPro ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

3. Products and Orders

We sell VendPro smart vending machines. Product descriptions and specifications are provided for accuracy but are not warranted error-free. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel orders. Prices are in USD and subject to change.

4. Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Free shipping is included on all machine orders.

6. Warranty

All VendPro machines include a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering parts, labor, and technical support.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
