1. Where We Ship

We ship VendPro smart vending machines within the continental United States. For international inquiries, please contact us.

2. Processing and Delivery

Orders ship within 48 hours. For most US destinations, delivery takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all machine orders within the continental United States.

4. Delivery and Receiving

Delivery is door-to-door. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. Machines arrive fully insured.

5. Damage or Loss

Inspect your shipment upon delivery. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at sales@vendpro.co.
