1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
VendPro offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your machine, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Machines must be in original condition. Contact us at hello@vendpro.co to initiate a return.
3. Return Process
Email us with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to defect or our error.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
